Island Expedia Terms And Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment Full payment or a minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   30% Cancelation Fee After Booking Transaction
   60% if cancellation is made within 1 month before the departure date & ⁠100% if cancellation is made within 1 day prior to departure date and no-show on departure date

No refund for late arrival, no-show, or unused services.

3. Trip Itinerary Itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions, harbor authority restrictions or other safety concerns. Tour operator reserves the right to modify the trip route or schedule for the safety and comfort of all guests.
4. Health & Safety Guests must be in good health and physically able to join water and trekking activities. Pregnant women, people with severe medical conditions, or mobility issues are strongly advised to consult a doctor before booking. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be worn when required.
5. Liability Tour operator is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests participate at their own risk and are advised to have personal travel insurance. Any additional costs due to delays, force majeure (natural disaster, strike, government regulation), or personal issues are the guest’s responsibility.
6. Code of Conduct Respect nature, local culture, and fellow travelers. Smoking is prohibited in cabins and indoor boat areas. Drug use and disruptive behavior will result in trip termination without refund.
