Day 1 : pick up hotel in bali transfer to airport arround 06.00 am . Arrival & The Coastal Culture (Southwest Sumba)

09:40 – 11:00: Flight from Bali (DPS) to Tambolaka (TMC).

12:00: Welcome lunch at a local restaurant.

14:00: Visit Ratenggaro Village. Marvel at the 15-meter high traditional roofs and the ancient megalithic tombs right by the ocean.

16:30: Relax at Pero Beach. Enjoy the sunset view with the iconic rock formations and traditional fishing boats.

19:00: Dinner and check-in at your hotel in Tambolaka.
Day 2 : Crystal Lagoons & Hillside Villages (Southwest to West Sumba)

08:00: Head to Weekuri Lagoon. A crystal-clear saltwater lake separated from the sea by a cliff—perfect for a morning swim.

10:30: Quick photo stop at Mandorak Beach, a small hidden cove with white sand.

13:00: Lunch in Waikabubak city.

14:30: Explore Praijing Cultural Village. Walk through the hilltop village and get that famous “bird’s eye view” photo of the traditional houses.

16:30: Afternoon coffee with a view at Lapopu Waterfall (The tallest waterfall in Sumba).

19:00: Overnight stay in Waikabubak or return to Tambolaka.
Day 3 : Crossing the Savanna (West to East Sumba)

08:00: Check-out and begin the long scenic drive to East Sumba.

11:00: Stop at Warinding Hills. Depending on the season, these hills will be lush green or golden brown. It’s a vast, rolling landscape that feels like a movie scene.

13:00: Lunch in Waingapu (The capital of East Sumba).

15:00: Visit Puru Kambera Savanna. Look for the wild Sumba horses roaming the yellow meadows.

17:00: Sunset at Lonrong Beach or head straight to the hotel.

19:00: Dinner and check-in at a resort in Waingapu.
Day 4 : The Hidden Canyons & Dancing Trees (East Sumba)

08:00: Journey to Tanggedu Waterfall. Known as the “Twin Canyon,” it features unique limestone formations and milky-blue water. (Needs a bit of trekking).

13:00: Picnic lunch near the waterfall area.

15:30: Drive back toward the city and stop at Walakiri Beach.

17:00: The “Magic Hour” at Walakiri. Capture the famous silhouettes of the Dancing Mangrove Trees during low tide.

19:30: Seafood dinner by the Waingapu Old Harbour.
Day 5 : Sunrise over the Valleys & Departure (East Sumba)

05:00: Early start for sunrise at Tenau Hill. Watch the fog lift over the winding rivers and emerald rice fields.

08:00: Breakfast at the hotel and packing.

10:00: Visit a local Ikat Weaving Center. Witness the months-long process of making Sumba’s world-famous textiles.

11:30: Airport transfer to Waingapu (WGP). back to bali and drop back to hotel in bali
